Return Policy

 - You will be able to return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with original packaging attached.


- Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, We do not provide return labels. Please take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package (FEDEX, DHL)

- Please contact us at wisesupport@wiseandrich.co.th prior to shipping the returned product.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
