 Return Policy

- You will be able to return the product within 5 days of receiving your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original/unwraped, and resalable condition with original packaging attached.

- Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, We do not provide return labels. Please take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package (FEDEX, DHL)

- We reserve the right to refuse any return items if there are:  Any signs of wear, parts of the item are missing. 

- Please contact us at wisesupport@wiseandrich.co.th for full condiotions and prior to shipping the returned product.

** For International customers, please be aware that any return items that are being charged for duties/taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Policy

- For return item, once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card, Paypal, or original method of payment within 14-30 working days.
