 Return Policy

- You will be able to return the product within 5 days of receiving your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original/unwraped, and resalable condition with original packaging attached.

- Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, We do not provide return labels. Please take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package (FEDEX, DHL, UPS)

- We reserve the right to refuse any return items if there are:  Any signs of wear, parts of the item are missing. 

- Please contact us at wisesupport@wiseandrich.co.th prior for full condiotions for shipping the returned product.

** For International customers, please be aware that any return items that are being charged for duties/taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Policy

Returns
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7–14 working days.

Order Cancellations
- For canceled orders, please allow 7–14 working days for the cancellation and refund to be fully processed.

- For orders placed over six months ago, we are unfortunately unable to process the refund via the original payment method. We kindly ask that you send us a PayPal invoice so we may proceed with the refund. Please note that PayPal may deduct transaction fees from the total amount received.
